Our business package hosting is split up into three easy levels. Each level comes with a different level of support. Why pay for what you don't need? And why buy what you don't want?

Technical Support: If you are an internet savvy business person and you know your way around a computer, then you may want to go with our basic plan. We provide you with the login, documentation on how to run the admin panel and away you go.

But if you would rather get a helping hand now and then and need help with over the phone walk throughs, email support and just plain old "How do I ...?" then the Managed packages is more for you.

For those of you that don't ever want to have to mess with emails, passwords, ftp, and the rest of the jargon, then we have the Maintained package. You just tell us what you want, and we take care of the rest. We will even visit your location (distance permitting) to help you set up your computers or troubleshoot the software you use.
